Since getting my gel polish kit from Amazon last year, I’ve been obsessed with nail art and finding super easy nail designs that I can do at home.
Especially during the Summer months, I like to be a bit more creative and practice new abstract nail designs.
I’ve collected some of the best abstract nail designs that I’ve found on Pinterest that are going to be so perfect for Summer 2021, I’ve also included links to all of the shades that you’ll need to recreate these looks yourself.
Must-have nail art tools
Before getting into all of the fun and easy nail designs, here are some of the tools that I swear by that will make doing nail art yourself even easier.
I normally like to buy nail art tools in sets and the most affordable ones always seem to be on Amazon, like this 40-piece set that comes with an array of brushes, dotting tools and also some nail tape for under £10. This kit has everything you need to create all of the easy nail patterns below – so would be perfect for beginners!
There’s also this really great nail art kit, also under £10, that has similar nail art brushes and dotting tools, but also comes with lots of different glitters – so if you’re inspired by any of the looks below that contain glitter, this would be the best kit to go with.

I absolutely love the colorful tips trend as well as the nude nails with a colorful swirl on them. These trends are cool and I’m pretty sure I’m going to test them out myself. 🙂

Oh, I wish I could paint my nails this creatively! 1. i work in healthcare so no nail varnish allowed and 2. I don’t think my hand would be steady enough haha!
